Kathryn F. Fagan is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Annaly. Prior to joining the company in 1997, Mrs. Fagan served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Opelousas, Louisiana. Mrs. Fagan has a BA and MBA from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
