Kathryn  F. Fagan

Mrs. Fagan joined Annaly and FIDAC in March 1997 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the companies. Prior to joining Annaly and FIDAC, Mrs. Fagan served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Opelousas, Louisiana. Mrs. Fagan is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
