The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE:NLY)
declared the third quarter 2014 common stock cash dividend of $0.30 per
common share. This dividend is payable October 31, 2014, to common
shareholders of record on October 1, 2014. The ex-dividend date is
September 29, 2014.
Dividends may be reinvested through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment
